匹配工程师Application Engineer  (SH)

工作职责 Responsibilities：
-       匹配样机和样车的准备、协调、维护和管理；
-       发动机管理系统的匹配准备和实施（包括道路试验）；
-       匹配试验的数据测量/分析和系统控制参数的优化；
-       完成匹配检查表和匹配开发报告；
-       匹配项目在公司内部的认可；
-       对客户的技术支持；
-       处理售后问题。
-       Prepare, coordinate, maintain and manage application engines and vehicles;
-       Prepare, carry out application tests (including road tests);
-       Evaluate measurement results and optimize application data;
-       Complete application check list and prepare development report;
-       Coordinate the release of application project in UAES;
-       Customer technical support;
-       Support to solve the complaint in the field.

任职要求 Requirements：
-       车辆工程、内燃机等专业硕士及以上学历；
-       对发动机较为熟悉，有发动机开发、测试或相关技术领域工作经验者优先；
-       良好的英语说写能力，兼懂德语者优先。
-       Master degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Internal Combustion Engine or related area;
-       Familiar with engine, experience in engine development and test is preferred;
-       Good reading and writing English, knowledge of German is preferred.

零部件试验设备工程师 Component Testing Facility Engineer (SH)      

工作职责Responsibilities：
-       测试设备解决方案设计；
-       试验设备测控软件编写；
-       试验设备改造与维护。
-       Testing facility solution design;
-       Test and control software programming of testing facility;
-       Testing facility maintenance and improvement.

任职要求Requirements：
-       机械电子、自动化等专业硕士学历；
-       具有创造性思维和较强的动手能力；
-       熟悉工业自动化设备；
-       良好的英语说写能力，兼懂德语者优先。
-       Master degree in Mechatronics, Automation or related area;
-       With creative thought and good practical ability;
-       Familiar with industrial automatic facility;
-       Good reading and writing English, knowledge of German is preferred.

客户技术支持工程师Customer Technical Support Engineer(SH)

工作职责Responsibilities：
-        客户支持
当客户发生质量问题时，现场协助客户共同寻找事故原因排除故障
-        索赔控制
与客户谈判，签订合理的索赔协议，并按照协议进行赔偿
-        内部质量改进
对发生的系统故障，在公司内部用8D方式推进质量改进
-        协助进行团队管理和发展
协助设定和实施质量目标，增强团队凝聚力
-        Customer support
When quality issue happens in customer plant or in the field, should support on spot to find root cause and solve it with customer together
-        Warranty Cost Control
Negotiate with customer to sign warranty agreement, and implement the agreement to control warranty cost
-        Internal Quality Improvement
According to system failure mode, with 8D method to improve the quality level
-        Support team management and development
Help section manager to set and implement quality targets, strengthen team spirit

任职要求Requirements：
-        工程类专业，硕士或以上学历
-        熟悉汽车工作原理和相关产品知识；较强沟通能力和观察能力
-        Master degree or above in engineering or related areas
-        Knowledge of the principle of vehicle and related products, strong communication skills and problem solving ability
